Students Of Fort Bragg Communities Design and Donate Over 3,000 Cards for Soldiers and Veterans!

For the second year in a row The Army’s Army has teamed up with Cumberland County Schools to design special holiday cards for soldiers and veterans.

Last year there were over 5,000 cards that were made. This year we have over 3,000. These cards will be delivered to the VA Hospital and the single soldiers from the 82nd Airborne Division.

The cards will also be uploaded to our Heroes Thank You website totaling over 8,000 cards. The cards from the website can be sent by anyone to anyone in the world using the email link provided on each post.

Though our brave men and women in uniform deserve our recognition and thanks all year long, we feel it is especially important to pay tribute to them during the holidays, when many sacrifice time with their families to fulfill the duty of protecting our freedoms.

The creation and posting of these cards shows our community’s dedication not only to its own heroes but to providing a way to spread that appreciation around the world.

Please check out, share and send these cards, which can be found on www.heroesthankyou.org.

We would like to thank everyone who supported this incredible effort.
