The Army’s Army in partnership with Nuco Health & Fitness, CrossFit Ferus, will host a special day of fun and fitness for Children of the Fallen Project™ youth and their mentors. The event will take place on Saturday, February 20th from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Nuco Health & Fitness in Tallywood Shopping Center.

During the event, attendees will take part in a variety of fitness-related activities, including special CrossFit and Zumba classes designed to develop strength and flexibility, build confidence and reduce stress. Children Of The Fallen youth and their mentors will also have an opportunity to participate in group games and partner exercises that encourage social interaction and teamwork.
